Two UFO's Landing
0.75 inch Powder-Coated Mild Steel

These sculptures may be viewed in other ways but for me I see two space vehicles quietly landing. One piece is closer to landing completion and has a diamond shaped body settling down. The second piece is more elevated accentuating the descent and the body is more pitched being further from a complete landing. Strong horizontals give a sense of direction and movement. The pieces are light and airy, creating a floating quality.
